24″ Furoshiki Scarf: Noa
Wrapsody has carried the lightweight versatility of our baby wraps to a new level — airy and versatile furoshiki-inspired scarves.
Furoshiki is a traditional Japanese wrapping cloth used for covering and carrying everything from gifts to lunches. They can be tied into beautiful handbags or tied on as fashion scarves or head wraps.
This furoshiki scarf in the Noa colorway is made from the same strong cotton gauze as our Breeze wraps.
These furoshiki scarves are hand-dyed and hand-batiked using traditional techniques. The artists who create them work under fair trade conditions at a mother-owned company owned in Bali, Indonesia.
Suggested uses for your Noa furoshiki scarf:
- Carseat blanket or swaddling cloth
- Diaper bag
- Changing pad
- Gift wrap
- Fashion scarf
- Picnic wrapper and tablecloth
- Swimsuit cover (in pairs)
- Supermom cape
The uses for our furoshiki scarves are limited only by your own imagination!
NOTE: Our hope scarves are made from cuts of our Hope wraps, so there is a great deal of variation in colors from scarf to scarf. Two of the scarves shown in the photograph of hanging scarves are Hope to show this difference.
